Our trucking operations support commercial construction, underground utilities, aggregate hauling, site development, and heavy equipment transport throughout Northwest and North Central Michigan.
Even when we are not actively hiring for a specific opening, we continue accepting applications from qualified drivers for future opportunities across our trucking and construction operations.
Typical Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks and trailers safely and professionally
- Transport aggregate materials, construction equipment, and job site supplies
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections per DOT requirements
- Maintain accurate delivery tickets, inspection logs, and required documentation
- Coordinate with dispatchers, foremen, and project managers throughout the workday
- Load, secure, and unload materials and equipment safely
- Operate responsibly on active construction sites and around crews and utilities
- Report maintenance concerns promptly and help keep equipment clean and job-ready
What We're Looking For
- Valid CDL required
- Current DOT medical card or ability to obtain one
- Safe driving history and commitment to safety
- Experience with dump trucks, gravel trains, lowboys, or heavy haul preferred
- Comfortable working around active construction operations
- Reliable attendance and strong communication skills
- Self-managed and dependable throughout the workday
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening requirements
