Gerber Construction runs on people who understand the work — from planning and estimating to execution in the field.
The team combines formal construction education, decades of hands-on experience, and long-term working relationships. Many of Gerber's project leaders have worked together across multiple projects over the years, creating consistency in how work is delivered and how problems get solved.

Bill & Jill Terryn
Owners
Bill and Jill Terryn assumed ownership of Gerber Construction in 2014 and have built it into the multi-division operation it is today. Bill leads the business day to day — overseeing field execution, project delivery, equipment, and hiring across all four divisions. He brings 25 years of hands-on construction experience spanning residential, commercial, and industrial work, and is known for setting a high standard on safety, quality, and accountability. He is in the business every day, and it shows in how the work gets done.
Jill's background in construction management — including estimating, job costing, and financial planning — grounds the business side of how Gerber operates and grows. Together, Bill and Jill have grown Gerber from a small local contractor into a company with full self-performance capability and a reputation that reaches well beyond Osceola County. They live in Reed City with their two daughters and are deeply rooted in the community Gerber serves.
