If you can run a concrete site — crew, schedule, quality, safety — this is the role we need filled most. We're growing fast and we need a field leader who owns it from first pour to punch list.
- Direct daily field operations on commercial and industrial concrete job sites
- Lead and manage crew members including laborers, finishers, and equipment operators
- Coordinate with project management on schedule, scope, and material delivery
- Enforce safety standards and maintain a compliant, organized job site at all times
- Oversee form setting, concrete placement, finishing, and curing operations
- Communicate job site status and issues clearly to ownership and PM
- Operate or direct specialized equipment including 3D laser screed and pump truck
- 5+ years in concrete construction with at least 2 in a supervisory or lead field role
- Commercial or industrial project experience required
- Proven ability to lead crews and hold a job site accountable
- Strong knowledge of concrete flatwork, foundations, and specialty pours
- Able to read plans and communicate clearly with PMs, clients, and crews
- Reliable, self-directed, and present — this role runs the field
