Concrete Project Manager / Site Superintendent
Looking for an experienced concrete professional who can manage projects from the office and run the field. Both sides of this role matter — and you'll own both.
Apply NowAbout This Role
This is a leadership role in Gerber's Quality Concrete Division spanning both office and field. The Project Manager side leads projects from planning through closeout — managing budgets, schedules, subs, and client relationships. The Site Superintendent side runs daily operations on commercial and industrial concrete sites, owning quality from first pour to punch list.

- Develop and review project schedules, scopes, and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients throughout each project
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
- Manage contracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals
- Monitor project progress, quality control, safety compliance, and budget adherence
- Maintain strong client relationships and facilitate regular coordination meetings
Field Supervision
- Direct daily field operations on commercial and industrial concrete job sites
- Lead and manage crew members, including laborers, finishers, and equipment operators
- Oversee form setting, concrete placement, finishing, and curing operations
- Enforce safety standards and maintain a compliant, organized job site at all times
- Operate or direct specialized equipment, including 3D laser screed and pump truck
- Communicate job site status and issues clearly to ownership and project management
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in concrete construction, project management, field supervision, or both
- Commercial or industrial project experience required
- Strong knowledge of concrete flatwork, foundations, specialty pours, and site operations
- Ability to read plans and manage across owners, crews, clients, and subcontractors
- Understanding of construction management practices, safety standards, and quality assurance

- Field track: 5+ years in concrete with at least 2 in a supervisory or lead role
- Reliable, self-directed, and accountable. This team runs lean and expects ownership
