- Construction Laborer — general site support across all divisions. No experience required.
- Concrete Finisher — flatwork, slabs, and specialty pours with Quality Concrete crews.
- Carpenter — form work, framing, and structural support on commercial and industrial sites.
CDL license is a plus. Gerber will fund CDL training for proven employees who want to grow into a driver role.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and clean job sites — set up, maintain, and break down work areas
- Load, unload, and deliver materials across active construction sites
- Operate hand and power tools including drills, grinders, saws, and pressure washers
- Set up and remove ladders, scaffolding, and temporary structures
- Support carpenters, masons, concrete crews, and other specialized trades
- Follow all site safety protocols and supervisor direction at all times
- Concrete finishers: pour, finish, and cure flatwork, slabs, and foundations to spec
- Carpenters: set forms, build and strip formwork, support framing operations
What We're Looking For
- Physical strength, stamina, and hand-eye coordination — active outdoor work in all conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and accountable — show up ready and we'll invest in you
- Must be 18 years or older and able to pass a drug test
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; not required for laborer positions
- Previous construction experience a plus — not required for laborer roles
- Concrete finishing or carpentry experience preferred for those specific roles
